Today’s Women is a 501© 3 non profit organization that is totally committed to reaching, inspiring and assisting in the growth and nurturing of women and children in underdeveloped countries. We believe our first responsibility to humanity is to work and lobby tirelessly for those that are less fortunate.

Our Objectives:

• To focus and advocate for the basic human needs of women and children.
• To raise the level of awareness on issues relating to women’s health during and after pregnancy and the nurturing and growth of children.
• To act as a “family group” for our women.

Our Program and Philosophy:

How has Today’s Women helped women and children?
Today’s Women help strengthen women and children in underdeveloped countries by providing prenatal care vitamins, blood pressure and other equipments to expectant mothers. The purpose is to make sure babies and mothers are healthy during and after birth. We award scholarships to elementary school students and provide copy books and pencils. Program has been initiated to provide gifts and toys to children during the holidays, and to build play ground for our children.

How does TWO choose the countries to focus on?
Our mission drives our work, wherever the need is the most is where we focus on at a particular time. Funding is also a huge factor as to where we choose to focus on.

How does TWO raise money?
We have been primarily funded through the generous donations of our members. Our members have donated money and time. We have also received donations through other individuals. We are currently working on acquiring grants to support our cause.

What portion of money raised goes to our cause?
About 95% goes towards our cause and 5% towards administrative expenses. Members donate their time.
